www.1organic.in reserves the right to add, delete, alter, or modify the terms and conditions at any given time. The customer should therefore carefully go through these terms and conditions before placing an order.

In using the online services of www.1organic.in, the customers are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions listed below.

By placing an order, the customer is authorizing the company to process the order, and have it delivered to the given address.

Payment

We accept payments through a variety of methods including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and UPI through our secure payment gateway and cash on delivery. In case any dispute with regards to any transaction is raised, the same shall be escalated with the payment partner chosen by the customer at the time of payment. In case of any dispute, 1Organic is not liable for any such transaction, and may only act as a mediator between the customer and the payment partner.

Delivery:

At 1Organic, we try to deliver the order as soon as possible, however, if any delivery gets delayed than the stipulated timeline, 1Organic does not hold liability for the delay and any such complaint shall be also raised with the delivery partner.

Cash on Delivery:

The minimum value for cash and delivery option will be determined by 1Organic from time-to-time. 1Organic reserves the right to change such policy without giving notice. Any changes in the Cash on Delivery option (including the right to withdraw) will be reflected on the checkout page of our website.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled before the product is dispatched and shipped. Once the order is shipped, any such cancellation of orders will not be entertained.

100% Organic

We try to ensure that product delivered to you is a genuine organic product and of good quality. We only source 100% certified organic goods from farmers and vendors. In case of any dispute with regards to the quality, or integrity of the organic product, we are not liable for the same and reserve the right to escalate the this with our farmers and vendors. If a customer raises a complaint for such purposes, 1Organic shall try to resolve the same in 15 working days.

Organic products by nature have a natural tendency to get infested after getting exposed to moisture or air. In such cases, the customer is requested to contact our customer care, where 1Organic in its capacity holds the right to direct/guide the customer to take appropriate measures to resolve the problem. Only in cases where such directions/guidance may not work, 1Organic shall internally work on the complaint and create a refund/replacement request.

Return and Refund Policy:

At 1Organic, We are committed to a 7-day no questions asked return policy. In case you receive a misplaced/damaged/unsatisfactory/tampered product which may be caused during transit or dispatch from the company’s end, the customer is requested to send us a video/photo of the same within 7 days of delivery of the product. We request such evidence for the purposes of quality control and feedback. However, if the customer fails to raise a request within 7 days of delivery, then the said return/refund option will lapse.

Transit damage:

Any damage incurred during transit by the carrier in process of the delivery will be escalated with the delivery partner. 1Organic reserves the right to order an enquiry into such a complaint and resolve the dispute in 5-7 working days.
